Happy Summer!
I know not everyone has completed the July assignments...... the Big Dubya & I have done the easy part ( the drinking part), but have yet to post our reviews.
As tomorrow begins August -- I thought I'd put the new assignments up.
Additionally, I'd like to welcome a new member to the fold-- and invite anyone else interested in joining to get in touch.

Crap. I drank my blen AND my South African wine is in my wine rack. I'll have to turn in my assignments late for partial credit.
We accomplished the easy part too!

In celebration of your August assignment, I had a Tyrell's Pinot Noir. Tyrell's is a great, and popular, Australian wine maker - one of the first to produce Pinot Noir in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales
Tyrell's Pinot Noir has a great soft, fruit flavour and smooth finish. I'm thinking it would go great with a chicken, parmesan, mushroom tartin.
